It was the best week for stocks since 2020, with all three major indices up big! The two big themes this week are Clarity! and Income! The market hates uncertainty, and the Fed and China both added clarity this week—thereby sending markets higher. Nonetheless, conditions remain challenging for income-focused investors in particular, and investors should not ditch their long-term strategies just because we had one strong week in the market. Disciplined, goal-focused, long-term investing is a winning strategy.
